It has a garden view, private lanai, one of the largest fresh water swimming pools in the area, shuffleboard, laundry facility, and BBQ’s for your use. The condo is in Kihei Kai Nani, across the street from beautiful Kamaole Beach II (240 Paces from our condo door), which is rated as one of the top beaches on Maui by many publications including Maui Revealed. It has wonderful golden sand, is both wide and long and has good snorkeling. The weather in Kihei is sunny and dry (4 - 10 inches of rain annually) and maintains temperatures of 60 to high 80’s during the summer months and from the low 60’s to mid-80’s during the winter season. |

Our condo is situated among beautiful floral grounds, with tropical Palm and Plumeria trees. The unit backs up to a garden area, making it wonderfully private and quiet without neighbors walking by or looking in. It is equipped with two color TV's/VCR’s, DVD, CD stereo and free high speed internet. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, sofa bed, A/C, desk, phone/answering machine, movies and books. We are within walking distance of several good restaurants and shops, making it possible to vacation here without renting a car. Maui buses stop on S. Kihei road, just outside Kihei Kai Nani, for longer distances. Further, we are located 2 miles from prestigious and exclusive Wailea with wonderful golf courses, beaches, snorkelling and shopping.
