All rates are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to Mandatory Hawaii State Tax at 13.42% Reservations must be secured with a $200.00 deposit. 4 night minimum stay. $90 cleaning charge applies to stays less than 7 nights. Full payment due October 15th for any booking from December 1st through January 1st. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit is retained if cancellation notice is given within 30 days of arrival. Not available for rent to vacationing students or guests under the age of 25. Check-in and Check-out times will be determined on flight arrangements and negotiated in advance. Flight arrangements must be submitted 30 days prior to arrival. Kihei Kai Nani Office Staff are available for all questions about Maui and provide a parking pass upon arrival. Note: No maid service is available. Your unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and have minimal toiletries available until you are able to acquire them. Foods, spices and beverages left by previous tenants are there for your use. There is a laundry facility 12 feet from the condo and markets including Star Market, Safeway, (both in Kihei) and COSTCO and K-Mart located in Kahului. Information regarding condo maintenance and lock-box access code is provided once full payment has been received. |
